1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases on caffivio.com from ACQUA PRESTIGE S.R.L., Via Città di Palermo 175/E, 90011 Bagheria (PA), Italia, VAT 07264180824, REA PA-447651. Caffivio is our online store. Contact: [email protected]; +39 03318889437. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Products and availability
Each product page identifies the model, main features, price and availability. Check the selected version, colour and compatibility before ordering. An unavailable product cannot be purchased. If an unexpected fulfilment problem arises after payment, we will contact you; we will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Where the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices and payments are in euros, with VAT included. The order summary lists the products, quantities, any discount, delivery charges and the final amount before you pay. We do not add charges to that confirmed amount. Payment methods available for the order are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider; do not send card details to customer service.
4. Placing and confirming an order
Add products to your cart, enter your contact and Italian delivery details, then review the items and total. You can correct your details before paying. Accept these terms and use the Pay button showing the amount to place an order with an obligation to pay. An account is optional. The order is confirmed when the payment provider confirms successful payment; a pending or failed payment is not a paid order. Your order reference and status are available on the order page. If confirmation is missing, contact us before paying again.
5. Delivery
Free delivery in Italy · 3–5 working days. The delivery period starts when payment is confirmed and includes order preparation and transit. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. We deliver to the Italian address entered at checkout. Contact us with the order reference for an address correction or delay; a change may not be possible after dispatch. See the delivery page for details and assistance.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected] or sending an explicit statement to Via Città di Palermo 175/E, 90011 Bagheria (PA), Italia. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Caffivio pays return shipping; contact us to arrange the shipping method and costs. This logistical step does not make withdrawal conditional on our permission. A model withdrawal form is available on the returns page; using it is optional.
7. Refunds
For withdrawal, we refund all payments received for the purchase, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of the notice, using the original payment method without refund fees. We may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever is earlier, unless we collect the goods. Only statutory exceptions and any diminished value from handling beyond necessary inspection may apply.
8. Legal guarantee and complaints
New products bought by consumers carry a two-year legal guarantee from delivery. Contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the issue. Statutory remedies include repair or replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or termination. Manufacturer warranties do not replace the seller’s legal obligations. For damaged or incorrect goods, we arrange any necessary return at our expense.
9. Data and applicable protections
We use the details necessary to process your order as described in the privacy notice. Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. The version of the terms available when the order is placed applies to that purchase; later changes do not alter existing orders.
