Returns and withdrawal
14 days to notify us
For online consumer purchases, you can notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with your name, order, items and receipt date. You may also send an explicit withdrawal statement by post to the registered address below.

Returns must be sent to our registered address: ACQUA PRESTIGE S.R.L., Via Città di Palermo 175/E, 90011 Bagheria (PA), Italia.
Return shipping at our expense
Caffivio covers return shipping. Contact us by email or phone with your order reference to agree on the shipping arrangements and how we will cover the costs. We arrange logistics individually; this does not limit your right of withdrawal. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal and keep proof of dispatch.
Refund
We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method and without refund fees. Unless we have agreed to collect the goods ourselves, we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Statutory exceptions and deductions for handling beyond inspection remain applicable.
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem; include photos of the product and packaging if available. We will agree on a solution with you and arrange any return at our expense, in accordance with your statutory rights.
